TEX MEX DIP

 

Ingredients


3 Avocados
2 T lemon Juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 C sour cream
½ C mayo
1 pkg taco seasoning
10.5 oz jalapeno flavored bean dip
1 C green onions, chopped
2 C tomatoes, chopped
6 oz black olives, chopped
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips or Frito brand scoops

Directions


Peel, pit and mash avocado.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper
Combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning

TO ASSEMBLE:
1.      Spread bean dip on bottom of glass casserole dish
2.    Top with avocado mixture
3.    Spread on sour cream mixture
4.    Sprinkle with green onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese

Serve chilled with chips
