PEPPERONI ROLLS
Ingredients
Packaged Frozen Yeast
Rolls (one roll per pepperoni roll) – Thawed
Stick Pepperoni
(enough to cut – see below & fill all rolls)
Directions
Cut stick pepperoni into lengths of your
finger...then each of those lengths into about 6 or 8 pieces lengthwise.
After rolls are thawed, wrap each roll around
1 to 2 pieces of pepperoni.
Lay each one on ungreased cookie sheet (or
parchment paper) with the sealed side (or overlapped side) down.
Place in warm place and let rise - bake
according to instructions on the frozen roll bag. If you can't find frozen
rolls, you can use frozen bread but it is much messier.
