SPAghetti Sauce

Our family recipe that has been handed down through the generations

· 1 lb ground beef or turkey

· 2 T oil

· 1 clove garlic, minced

· 24 oz tomato paste

· 48 oz water

· 1 T dried parsley

· 1 T dried oregano

· 2 tsp salt

· 1/3 C sugar

· 1 T Worcestershire Sauce

· Hot Cooked Pasta

Brown meat and garlic in oil in Dutch oven

Add remaining ingredients in order above and simmer uncovered for one hour

Serve over hot cooked pasta
