POT ROAST

Ingredients

·        3 lb Chuck Roast

·        12oz beer

·        14 oz ketchup

·        1 pkg dry onion soup mix

·        Equal parts cornstarch and water

·        ¼ C brown sugar

Directions

Put roast in Crockpot

Mix next three ingredients and pour over roast.  Cook on low for 8 hours

Remove liquid from Crockpot and place in pan on stove

Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl and slowly pour into liquid, stirring constantly over medium low heat

Add brown sugar and stir well
