quick tip: a can of spray paint

Easy projects can freshen up your home & be inexpensive, too.

Up cycle your existing worn items with just a can of spray paint or two... and a little time.

If you have furniture pieces from days gone by that just aren't the right color or the finish is a little too worn but are still in great shape, you can easily update with spray paint (and it's usually $6 to $8 a can – very economical).

Breathe new life into an old, tired piece simply by giving it a fresh coat of paint. For example: Take a look at that ugly, mauve-colored wire furniture on your grandmother’s front porch. It suddenly becomes a show-stopper in your backyard when painted a vibrant yellow or energetic turquoise!

Take a look around... see anything screaming for a new coat?
