Easy projects can
freshen up your home & be inexpensive, too
Like I said last week,
I am on this ‘new kick” of Homemade Cleaners to help save money and to clean
more efficiently than most store bought cleaners. (Really it’s the SAVE MONEY
thing!) And I love sharing all these goodies that I am finding out there to help
me (and you) save money!
Homemade Dishwasher
Rinse Aid
1. Place a small cup
in your dishwasher’s top rack.
2. Fill with a small
amount of white vinegar – the exact amount really isn’t important but don’t go
overboard… ½ Cup or so
3. Run dishwasher as
usual.
Piece of cake right?
And you can’t image how sparkling clean your dishes and glassware come out
after the wash. *Forget about that “Put the vinegar in the Rinse Aid
Compartment of your Dishwasher”. Because, guess what, that acidic vinegar will
eat the rubber seal and components of your Rinse Aid Compartment and will never
be released into the rinse cycle. Yuck!
