Pesto
Sauce
Ingredients
1 ½ C Fresh Basil
2 cloves of garlic
¼ C pine nuts
¾ C Parmesan cheese
¾ C Olive Oil
Directions
Place above items in a food
processor and grind well
Add cheese
Mix well.
Add Olive Oil and blend until
consistency of creamed butter
Heat portion wanted and mix in
serving of pasta
