TURKEY BREAD STUFFING
May be Doubled Easily


Ingredients

¾ C onion, minced
1½ C celery, chopped
1 C butter
1 C chicken or turkey broth
9 C soft white bead cubes, crust removed
2 tsp salt
1½ tsp crushed sage leaves
1 tsp thyme leaves
½ teaspoon black pepper
1½ C prepared mashed potatoes


Directions

In large skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in butter until onion is tender
Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes

Turn into deep bowl
Add remaining ingredients and toss

Stuff turkey just before roasting
