SPINACH WITH CAVATAPPI

Sooooo unbelievably easy and soooo unbelievably addictive

 

Ingredients

8 C fresh spinach, chopped
6 oz Cavatappi pasta, cooked
2 T olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp white pepper
19 oz cannellini beans, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ C Asiago Cheese


Directions

Toss ingredients together
May be stored for up to 3 days

Serve with a garnish of shredded cheese
