TACO SALAD


Ingredients


1½ head iceberg lettuce
½ lb ground beef, sauté & drain well
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 can light kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can sweet corn, rinsed and drained 
½ C onion, chopped
2 avocados, chopped (optional)
1 green pepper, chopped or sliced
Grape Tomatoes, halved
1 can sliced black olives, rinsed and drained
1 T jalapeno green sauce
1 bottle Italian Good Seasons dressing
1 bag tortilla chips or Frito chips (broken)


Directions

Prepare lettuce for salad and toss with next 7 ingredients

Just before serving, mix green sauce with dressing and toss with lettuce mixture, and chips
