LIMONCELLO 



Ingredients

½ liter grain alcohol

6 fresh lemon peels

3 C water

2 C sugar

Directions 

Soak peel in alcohol for 48 hours

Make syrup by heating 3 C water and 2 C sugar

Cool

Remove peels from alcohol and add alcohol to syrup
