BEER BATTER FOR FISH
Ingredients

1 C flour
·
1 tsp salt
·
1 tsp paprika
·
1 C beer, with an additional ½ C to
add as needed
·
Flour for dipping
Directions
Mix all ingredients together to form batter
Dip white fish in flour, then batter
Fry in deep oil of French fryer
