FRENCH ONION SOUP
 Ingredients
- ¼ lb butter
- 3 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 1 T flour
- ½ C white wine
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 C hot water
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can onion soup
Garnish with Munster 
Directions
Sauté onions in
butter
Stir in flour,
add other ingredients
Simmer 20 minutes
Put cheese on
French bread
Put soup in
individual baking dishes
Top dish with
cheese bread & place under broiler until melted
