MEATBALLS
This recipe makes about 25 meatballs (I usually double the recipe)
Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
½ lb ground pork
4 eggs
2C Italian bread
crumbs
½ tsp pepper
1T salt
½ C Grated parmesan
cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ T ground
parsley
½ T crushed basil
½ C water
Directions
Make into balls
(not great big ones)
Bake 30 minutes on
a cookie sheet at 250 degrees
Let cool, place in
zip lock freezer bag and freeze...
Then you can easily
remove one or 2 or whatever needed.
To serve, take out
of freezer, place in spaghetti sauce and cook...this will flavor the meatballs
more and also flavors the sauce.
